CrossFit Max Strength

 CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program, but a  program designed to optimize your fitness.

CrossFit involves real-life movements that are constantly varied and performed at a high intensity. CrossFit Max Strength focuses on functional strength, which is a goal of overall fitness in the areas of cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. CrossFit Max Strength’s philosophy is that we are each other’s best motivator, and can be driven even harder by encouraging each other and working out together.


Every new CrossFitter will set up a personal session with our coach to get educated on different aspects of CrossFit like form, different lifts, what WOD means, etc. Once you have had your one-on-one training, you can attend your first CrossFit class–designed for the experienced with the beginner in mind. The classes begin with a warm-up that leads everyone through all of the moves and lifts that you will need to know throughout your CrossFit experience. During each class, our CrossFit coach will spend extra time with beginners to ensure that they are progressing properly in form and technique.
