Those words are imperative orders to your subconscious mind to do it. Just Not Now. So you never get started.
Post your goals in a place where you will see them every day.
Along with your goals post pictures of what you wish to look like when you hit your final goal.
Deliberately read your goals as many times as practical every day.
Develop a definite major purpose and a burning desire to achieve your goals.
